Or Otis Parsons for fashion design?

I need some advice. I have a hard time choosing between NY or LA after graduation. I always wanted to live and fashion design school in Los Angeles. I know that I am about Otis College Of Art And Design thinking and start my career there, fashion design, but I know that New York City is the fashion capital. I want to get a position, the best education for fashion design, working for some large companies have clothing lines have fashion shows to be seen at both NY and LA Fashion Weeks, and one day be able celebrites wore my clothes / Smoking at the award shows. My dream has always wanted to live in Los Angeles. I know I do not want to spend the rest of my life in New York, although there is a great city. The school should I choose Otis Parsons OR? If I Parsons, should I do really move to LA after graduation? What are some large companies I could work at Los Angeles? I want a big time fashion celebrity.
