Why are so many people obsessed with celebrities?

I admit, when I was about and to see a member of my favorite band, while out I would be thrilled, but so many people are like sheep when it comes to celebrities, copy their fashion and stuff. I do not get it. Celebrities, like you and me, human Beings. In fact, without their fans, celebrities are nothing. Who cares if Miley Cyrus participated in a "racy" photo shoot? Who cares if Angelina Jolie has "Comment uncool"? I Do not you know, but I'm much more interested about what's going on in other parts of the world and how we as Americans are dealing with Care our current economic crisis. share your thoughts? I guess most people to a more or less what they do not want to have, for example. Fame, money, materials Possession, recognition, admiration, etc., and their favorite celebrities embody and personify things.
