Is it flattering or not? Normally I would wear a short dress or a pencil skirt and 4.5 inch heels (and more demanding not slutty). The maxi dress is a fashion must-have. I think it can be both sexy and romantic, if by the right of women worn. I am tall and thin, my husband loves that I proud of my appearance.
