big problem need help! Get this before you go straight?

Okay, so basically a few days ago I received a magazine cosmopolitan, but I have to sign before. so i went online and checked whether I have a balanced and they said I have a balance of $ 15.00. I was shocked I have never subscribe. The only thing I ask is for them to send only EMAILS. I wrote them and all they said was your subscription has been canceled, but I have to pay more. I'm crazy because it's not my fault. What would you do it, and is always straight to you. How are we to with it? You have to pay the remainder?

Oh my God. This is done with ProActive. You order it again, and suddenly you are always a great kit every three weeks and you have to pay for it, even though you do not buy it! Then you tell them to leave, and they try to convince you not to mistake and behave like their not their. Grr. I hate that lol:) I can relate.
