Magazines good or bad for your body image?
What do you think of magazines (like Cosmo, Elle, Vogue, etc.) and their use of models? Do you think it influences girls to be thin? What do you think?
Bad, bad, bad. They promote an image that is less than 0.0001% of the world's population, or seek. On top of that all the photos you see digitally reworked to give the impression of perfection. Nice to see, especially for people, but very far from the truth. Never met one of these "pictures" in the street or the mall. And I'm all over the world a few times. Peace.
