Vogue Magazine Lost

I need to lose about 40 lbs, the question is how?
How can I lose this weight? No time limit. I'm 5'2 and 130-133 pounds. I turn 17 November 11th. I want to look like the girls I see in Vogue and all the other high fashion magazines. I love fashion and want to be in a position in the clothing as fit. Please tell me how to lose weight. Anyone who tells me I am fine at my current weight is ignored. Ps I do not drink soda or juice already and do not eat bread.
I lost 30 pounds (not by choice just hard times) of only drinking water, eating Top Ramen noodles (you can eat other things but this is mostly what I ate), and daily walking for at least 30 minutes. Plus try to sneak in exercise, ex. Stair lift is not to walk to the TV channel to make. The most important thing is the breakfast, it increases your metabolism and eat I could hear small portions, more often increases your metabolism. (Like instead of 3 meals on the day you should 5). eat half a sandwich, then 30 minutes later eat the other half. Your body keeps the weight as fast as a backup plan so if They do not eat you will not stave to death. So do not starve, you will not lose anything. Good luck I hope you lose your B-Day.
