When will my Teen Vogue magazine come?

Okay, I used Bill Me Later, but she said she could take weeks 4-6, but then I got an e-mail To say that I get the October issue, and then I got another e-mail like 4 days ago saying that my magazine would come soon, but I havent even for paid. I checked online and it said that my magazine was in expectation of payment, but they havent sent me the bill, and I havent got the magazine. The is soo confusing. I ordered it like 3 weeks … means that they gave me the bill sometime this week and then I get the magazine the next week? I dont get this at all.

Just wait the 4-6 weeks.
